The lonely planet guide book range soon found it's way to one of the cultural centres of Europe. France has long been regarded in high stead, from its illustrious art galleries to its fine wines and even finer dining, France is somewhere that should be on any travellers itinerary.
While I personally avoid the fabled city of Paris after several visits and insurmountable disappointments I have found that the west coast of France is sublime, and the southern areas hold some fantastic beaches.
Fortunately however the Lonely Planet Guide to France available form our Store for less than $2 and provides a much more in depth look to the vineyards and cheese mongers of the most beautiful of European countries. I personally would suggest La Rochelle to anyone, the people are friendly and helpful, the beaches are beautiful and well maintained and the Cognac from close by is to die for!
The Lonely Planet guide to France will make your trip to France more enjoyable and entertaining, with details on the local customs, things you must see, wherever you go, and plenty of tips to ensure your visit to France gives you a holiday you will never forget!
